I've been using Tretinoin 0.025% for several months now. I mix it with Cerave Moisturising Lotion and use it at night, every other day. As soon as I try and increase the frequency to every day, I get really red and irritated skin which takes days to recover. I don't use any other products except for a gentle cleanser and sunscreen, which I've had no problems with. I think I'll try the differin gel and see how I go.

For me Dupixent isn't working. 5 years ago eczema occurred on my shins only. Derm prescribed topical steroid ointments and it improved but never went totally away. Since starting Dupixent 4 months ago the eczema has increased on my legs and constantly looks like a red flair stage. It has spread to my back, arms and 2 small patches on face. No matter what the pharmaceutical industry advertises remember we're all different and there's no 1 cure for the majority of sufferers!😢❤
